Sizing details

Prints are available in international A sizes which are:
A1 - 23.4 x 33.1 inches
A2 - 16.5 x 23.4 inches
A3 - 11.7 x 16.5 inches
A4 - 8.3 x 11.7 inches
A5 - 5.8 x 8.3 inches

How long does delivery take?

Digital-only artwork is usually sent out within 24 hours. For standard delivery, please allow from 3-7 working days, although it is rare to see postage take the full 7 days. During peak holiday times, this could increase to 10 working days.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All prints are sent with plenty of packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. For print sizes A4 and below, a sturdy card envelope is usually used. For print sizes A3 and above, a poster tube is usually used.

Reviewing your gift

Once your painting is complete, you will receive an email with a preview. This stage allows you to request as many changes as are needed, as many times as you like. We will continue to send previews until you are 100% happy. Please check your junk or spam folder regularly in case our emails get lost. 

If we haven't heard from you within 72 hours, we will assume your painting is perfect and will send to print.

Framed prints

All prints are sent to you unframed. If needed, I can make recommendations for where you can purchase a frame.

Combining photos

I can combine multiple photographs in to one. Please message me before placing an order to ensure the photographs will work together. There is a small additional charge for multiple images.
